Winners will be announced at a gala dinner on Oct 15, 2009 at the Shangri-La Hotel in Makati, Philippines.  There will be a winner for each category (Master Entrepreneur, Social Entrepreneur, Woman Entrepreneur, Small Business and Industry Specific).  There will be one overall winner that will be selected to represent the Philippines in the World Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
