Mary Grace Obligar ("Meg"), Office Manager - Degree in Business Administration, Major in Marketing at Palawan State University. Has been at ASDSW since 2006.

Mary Jun Nicolasora ("Jun"), Project Implementation Manager

Teofile Viguella ("Fyles"), Technical Engineer - An Agricultural Engineer by training has been involved with rural development in Palawan, particularly in water supply and irrigation since 1992.

Esther A. Magwa, Trainer/Facilitator - with B.S. in Civil Engineering, she is a trainer/facilitator in the technical aspects of ASDSW's projects.

Cyril Flores, Trainer/Facilitator - former Seminarian and AB Philosophy graduate. Has been working in NGOs since 2000. Enjoys being an advocate for safe, clean, clear and accessible water.

Estelita N. De la Cruz ("Tang"), Facilitator - B.S. in Environmental Science from Palawan State University. Interest is community development.

Rommel M. Cruz, Trainer/Facilitator - full-time trainer for ASDSW with a B.A. in History. Enjoys serving as a catalyst of change to rekindle and reunite people toward community that is self-reliant through water.

Alejandro M. Pongyan ("Pong"), Trainer - B.S. in Psychology from Palawan State University with 36 units in Masters Degree program on Extension Systems Management and a Minor in Environmental Science at Western Palawan University. Started his career working with NGO's consultancy firm and private organization for the Community Based Resource Management programs, with special focus on socialized water-related business operation.

Cotabato City Satellite Office

Noraida S. Chio ("Noda"), Team Leader for Cotabato Office - Has a degree in elementary education from Notre Dame University, but spent entire career in NGOs. Has training from Coady International Institute in Managing NGO Resource Center.

Saidona Lawan ("Sai"), Trainer and Technical Engineer - graduated from Mindanao State University as Agriculture Engineer. Starting working in NGOs five years ago and is happy to be learning while earning at ASDSW.

Annabai A. Odin ("Ann"), Office Administrator - has a B.S. in Accounting from Notre Dame University. Is inspired by ASD's belief that every person has the power to change the world.

Christopher Gacayan ("Chris"), Trainer/Facilitator - has B.S. in Accounting from Notre Dame University, but prefers playing outside. Loves traveling to projects because ASDSW is accepted with high anticipation and trust.

Christian Jay Dequito ("Jay"), Trainer/Facilitator - has a B.S. in Community Development from Mindanao State University. A marathon runner who is always smiling, he enjoys serving people through water.

Saiden E. Akmad, Trainer/Facilitator - B.S. in Agricultural Engineering at Mindanao State University - Maquindanao. ASDSW is his first job so he likes being able to put into practice all the theories he learned in school.

Naim S. Ali, Facilitator - has a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering from Mindanao State University - Maguindanao. He likes to play basketball and listen to daily news.
