ASD creates youth initiatives to engage youth in water campaigns.

WOMEN AND GIRLS WALK FOR WATER

May 1, 2010  Minneapolis, MN

In Minnesota, in partnership with the Girl Scouts, ASD will be hosting an event that will engage Girl Scout troops to learn about the burdens that women and girls endure and will create their own Water Info Stations.  The general public will be invited to carry water around to the different stations to experience the challenges that women and girls face everyday when having to fetch water. A Single Drop will be featuring the different appropriate solutions that are being introduced to resolve these water issues with demos and actual technologies.
