Water and Sanitation are deeply interconnected and often lack of or improper sanitation is the cause of contaminated water. Faeces in water is one of the highest causes of diarrhea and other water-related illnesses. With proper placement of toilets and protection of water sources is one of the interventions that can have a deep impact in the reduction of water related disease.  ASD offers trainings in the construction of toilets and well and spring protection.
